Mounting adapter with tilt swivel. To be used with Nextbase original Universal Mount. The mounting adapter consists of an adapter plate that is to be attached onto the back of the Universal Mount, which then is to be attached onto a tilt swivel mount at any desired location.
Tilts 20°, swivels 360°. Made of black ABS/Acetal plastic. Made in Sweden.
Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before installation.
1. Remove the original Universal Mount from the headrest mount by loosening the screws. Place the mounting adapter plate onto the back of the Universal Mount and screw it into place with the removed screws.
2. Loosen the screw in the center of the mounting adapter tilt swivel so you can remove the attaching plate on the back. Place the attaching plate onto the desired position. Screw the attaching plate into place with the enclosed screws. Tighten the screw so the tilt swivel is firmly in place, but still can be adjusted/angled.
3. Place the Universal Mount with the attached mounting adapter plate over the mounting adapter tilt swivel and press/slide it downward so it is properly in place. To remove the Universal Mount: Press/slide it straight upward.
4. The product is in place.
