The ProClip is a mounting bracket for the vehicle’s dashboard. Onto the ProClip you can install e.g. a holder for your mobile phone or PDA or a handsfree set etc. Safe and convenient -always within easy reach. The ProClip is car specific and easy to install. The installation is quick, no special tools or dismantle of the dashboard is required and it will not damage the interior of the vehicle. Made in black ABS plastic. Comes with detailed instructions. Fits models with and without factory information/navigation screen.
Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ProClip.
1. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap between the center console panel and the silver trim, to widen the gap. Open the glove compartment door. Use the enclosed alcohol pad to clean the area where the ProClip is to be installed. Peel off the cover of adhesive tape on the ProClip. Press the angled edge on the right side of the ProClip into the gap between the padded console sidewall and the glove box panel frame.
2. Flip the left side of the ProClip towards the climate control panel so the angled edge on the right side hooks behind the glove box panel frame.
3. Place your hand on the right side of the mount and push firmly towards the climate control panel so the u-shaped edge hooks around the silver trim edge above the gap opener. Note: You may have to hold and press the gap opener into the gap to widen it while pushing the ProClip into place. Press until you see or hear/feel the u-shaped edge click into place. Pull out the gap opener. Close the glove compartment door.
4. The ProClip is in place.
